Shipping Policies

Currently, we at Moonlit Mischief Occult use USPS First Class or Priority Mail as our primary shipping method. We may choose to use FedEx or UPS as the shipping carrier based on the availability of these services, and what is offered to your location at time of order placed. We reserve the right to implement signature confirmations on any orders.  At this time, we cannot offer expedited shipping options to every location we ship to, and is subject to change upon availability.  

Unless told otherwise, for example, with a custom order which would require more time to create, the current ship time for our shop items during the Covid-19 pandemic is currently up to 7 business days. Typically, items are shipped out within 48 business hours of payment received. This does not mean you'll get your item at your doorstep in 48 hours! This simply means that after you place an order for a purchase with our store, it will generally take us 48 hours before your order is packaged and brought to the postal service to be on its way to you. 

You will be unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged, and orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. 

We make sure to update this information as frequently as possible to be sure our customers are fully informed. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time for everyone.

If we are notified by our carriers of sudden delays, for example due to a large impact storm, we make every effort to notify you of such delays through means of our home page updates if needed, social media feeds, and by reaching you through the contact information left when making your purchase.
