Contact us at email@example.com, call us, or use the Contact form on our website within 10 days of order placed if you believe you received your item damaged. When you reach out to us, please include a picture of your damaged item(s)(no zip files). Report any damaged or missing items within ten (10) days of receipt of order so that we can help rectify and/or credit your account. All returns shipped back to us should have “RETURNS DEPT.” written clearly on the outside of the box. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account, along with your contact information.
We will NOT accept, credit, or replace any items or merchandise without prior approval to return such merchandise!
Moonlit Mischief Occult LLC cannot accept returns on the following items due to health and safety reasons:
oils and fragrances
herbs and tinctures, salves
clothing and lingerie
earrings and piercings
We may accept returned items that are in resalable condition, with prior approval, from fulfilled orders purchased less than 3 months ago. Oils that have been transferred into plastic containers are NOT considered to be in resalable condition.
Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping costs, plus a $2 fee. Due to increases in shipping costs, we reserve the right to bill you for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages due to mishandling of a shipping provider. Please review our shipping policies for more information. In the circumstance that you are dealing with issues with your shipping carrier, you would need to file a claim with the specific carrier used through their respective website (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc.).
