Currently, we at Moonlit Mischief Occult use USPS First Class or Priority mail as our primary shipping method. You may opt to add signature confirmation on a delivery for an order under $50 for an additional $3.50, which is at cost with USPS. We reserve the right to implement signature confirmations on any orders we feel it should apply to. We use these shipping methods primarily for delivery because the standards come set with insurance and tracking. Please note, we are not responsible for your lost or stolen packages, and will not issue a refund for said reason. Please ensure you are available during the window of delivery (which will be made available with tracking) if you have concerns.
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an order number. Your order number is separate from your USPS delivery tracking number. Please retain both your order number and your USPS tracking number, and keep them safe!
If you have any potential questions or concerns regarding your order with us, this ensures we may readily access your order information, much like a physical store receipt, so we may easily assist you.
Upon confirmation of shipment after your payment has been processed, you will be contacted via email of your tracking number for your delivery. From there, you will be able to track your package's shipping progress with USPS with the tracking number that has been provided to you.
We cannot provide a tracking number immediately upon purchase of an order, as tracking numbers are not generated for a delivery until the package is accepted at the postal office.
For this reason, please ensure your contact information left is valid and up to date.

If the change is not made and the address entered is invalid, it will most likely be returned to us. If your package is returned to us, we will reach out regarding reshipment arrangements.
Please note- MMO is not responsible for filing carrier claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that were marked as delivered to the address used during checkout.

We do ship worldwide. Please be aware though that any international shipments (outside the US) can require anywhere from 2 to 10 weeks for delivery, not including the time needed on our end to process your order for shipment.
